Allira Potter on Owning Who You Are & Being Spiritually Sassy

This week I’m thrilled to welcome the lovely Allira Potter to the pod! She is an empowerment and mindset coach, speaker and the author of Wild & Witchy.

Allira’s story is quite incredible. Having lost her mum to cancer at the age of 17, Allira talks about her process of grief and loss.

She also delves into discovering herself as she entered her twenties. Having been married to a man at the age of 21, divorcing and then later coming out as gay, Allira shares her thoughts and tips around identity, discovering who you really are and owning it.

This is such a powerful chat. Allira shares so many of her personal insights around what it means to be a First Nations woman growing up in Australia and what we need to learn about Aboriginal culture. I definitely felt I learnt so much from speaking with this wonderful woman.

And it’s a reminder for us all to educate ourselves, ask more questions and be open to learning.

In this chat, Allira and I also get stuck into ;

  • How to deal with comparing your body to other people
  • Creating a body positive mindset
  • How to become spiritually sassy
  • How to start manifesting
  • The most impactful lessons Allira has learnt

Make sure you tell us what you love and learnt from this episode by leaving a rating and review wherever you listen to your pods!
