I’m thrilled to open the 2023 season of the pod with the very lovely Tahan Lew-Fatt, TV personality, influencer and Big Brother star.
After bursting into the media and entertainment scene on Big Brother in 2013, Tahan continues to work in the media through her influencer work.
We also celebrate International Women’s Day #embraceequity this week, so it’s fitting we touch on diversity and how that’s changed over the past 10 years.
As Tahan is currently pregnant with her second child with partner V8 Supercar driver David Reynolds, we also get stuck into talking about the importance of researching pre-natal supplements, Tahan’s approach to health and wellness during pregnancy along with the effects of commenting on women’s bodies especially during pregnancy, plus so much more.
