Sweat Trainer Cass Olholm on Strength Training, Misconceptions & Not Comparing Ourselves to Others

I’m so honoured to have the lovely Cass Olholm join me on the pod this week. This is her first ever podcast interview, so I’m so grateful that she has chosen this podcast as the first to share her amazing journey and insights!

Cass is SWEAT‘s High Intensity Strength Trainer, she is also the co-founder of The Ground Australia, a nutritionist and a weightlifting coach.

We delve into Cass’s journey into health and fitness as a career, how she was able to overcome being a completely shy and introverted person to now delivering online training for a global community, as well as being an inspiring fitness influencer to hundreds of thousands of people around the world.

Being a nutritionist and coach, Cass shares the misconceptions around strength training and muscle growth for females, and we delve into her training and nutrition routine and approach.

She also shares why she has NEVER publicly shared her body fat percentage and we get into how the comparison piece can be so detrimental when each of us are so different.

Plus, we get to hear all about that moment when she found out she was joining the team at SWEAT, alongside Kayla Itsines and the other amazing Sweat trainers!
