I’m so thrilled to welcome the lovely Olivia Arezzolo to the pod this week. She’s Australia’s number 1 sleep expert, coach, speaker and best selling author. Her book Bear, Lion or Wolf has been published in 10 countries, 8 languages and has  helped people all around the world sleep better.

Aside from being an expert on all things sleep, Olivia kindly shares with me her journey going back to her childhood and teens, dealing with depression and bulimia and anorexia, which led to her hospitalisation at 17.
