Ange Simson on Wellness Without Deprivation, Conscious Break Ups, Relationship Rules & Gratitude

I’m so excited to share this week’s ep with you guys with the lovely Ange Simson. Ange and I have mutual friends and happened to be at the same wedding years ago before we ‘virtually’ even met, but this chat literally felt like a good D & M with a girlfriend.

Ange is a health coach, writer, speaker and mentor. She’s also the creator of The Gratitude Gang and The Health Hub. Her philosophies around health are “wellness without deprivation” and “gratitude makes everything enough”.

Ange opens up about her break up with her now ex husband and what that process was like, how they were able to do it in a conscious and amicable way. She also shares the process of making the decision to end the relationship and why they decided to refer to it as an ‘uncoupling’ rather than a break up.

It’s very rare you get to hear the insights of someone’s break up and deep emotional discussions and thoughts that happen at the time, so I’m so grateful that Ange has been so willing to share her story. We get into the process of grief and loss around a break up and how to create your own rules for your new relationships.

We also talk about the importance of wellness without deprivation, gratitude and the practical ways you can incorporate this into your life, as well as insights into dealing with social media and body image.

It’s a super jam packed ep, so make sure you take us with you on your walk this week!
