I’m so excited to share the latest ep of the pod this week with the lovely Tess Shanahan. I literally walked away from this chat feeling super fresh and zen.

Tess and I go back to when I used to coach her in pilates. She is a presenter, model, health coach and the founder of Tess Talks. As well as being a professional model, she’s a huge advocate for women’s wellness and started bringing her passion in this space to life with Tess Talks live events. As she has gone through her own health journey that started with major skin issues, she is a big believer in a holistic approach to healing, health and fitness.
