Clinical Nutritionist Lee Holmes on Healing Your Gut, Intermittent Fasting, Ayurvedic Eating & Lifestyle

This week, it’s such a pleasure to share this episode of the pod featuring the lovely Lee Holmes, founder of Supercharged Foods, best selling author, clinical nutritionist and whole foods chef. Lee and I go way back and realised we have actually known each other for 10 years now! It’s been so great to see all the amazing work she continues to offer in this space.
